Spending time outdoors is what summer is all about and practising yoga outside is a beautiful, soothing and nurturing experience for your body, mind and soul!


Join me on a lovely green field backed by woodland for a gentle yoga and mindfulness practise to help connect us to nature and to ourselves. We will end with tea and cake and time to chat, before going home feeling refreshed and revitalised.


please note if the weather does not allow us to practise outside then the event WILL still go ahead under the cover of a lovely wooden cabin with views of the outdoors. This event is strictly non refundable.
