This is a 45 minute fun and gentle introduction class to yoga for beginners. Slow flow movements each week that will build your strength, stability and mobility. At the end of each class you will enjoy a relaxing meditation. You will leave the class feeling nourished and relaxed. It is my aim to guide you to a place where you feel stronger and calmer. By the end of the 6 weeks you will be thankful for the self-care and joy of yoga that you gifted to yourself.
