A Yoga session for both you and your bub to enjoy together.

Suitable from 6/8 week checkup to crawling (ish)

We'll use songs, gentle movement, mantras and breathwork to engage with babies and help them develop body awareness, language and positive connection at the same time as getting to move yourself and then finish the session with a joint relaxation.

Its totally fine to feed/change/cuddle your bub throughout the class.
