Beginning October 04th, join me for 3 days each week for plank challenges. We begin by warming up your body and then let's build up to planks. Each plank will be on/off for a few seconds, building up to maybe a minute and then let's play and see where we go.


This is a wonderful way to build strength in your body and mind. You may surprise yourself at how this simple plank challenge will make you feel.
