All levels welcome to this evening Yoga class. This class brings body and breath together with nurturing movement. Working with each pose to bring stillness. It’s the perfect class to end your day.
This is your pass to 4 weeks of an evening practice will nurture you through this colder time of year. We begin with intention setting, moving through music and ending with a meditation practice.
The class is open level, with an invitation to go a little deeper if that's what you choose.
This ticket allows you to drop in and join the Monday evening practice.
