All levels welcome to this Nature lead practice allowing us to connect to ourselves. Outside Yoga, come enjoy the power of a practice that draws each week on the wonder that is Mother Nature in all her glory. Practicing in nature allows us to increase wakeful relaxation & internal focus.


Please wear a few light layers, a hoodie is so nice to wear while being outside. Bring a small handtowel, some disinfectant hand gel. Wear warm socks, maybe buy grippy pilate styles socks to keep on if your feet are normally cold, use sunscreen! These are just a few tips I picked up teaching outside that allow you to be more comfortable while you flow.
