Join us for some gentle movement with a long guided meditation weeved through restful positions. We use bolsters (big cushions) to support us during our class, allowing you to feel as comfortable as possible in order to relax the nervous system and creat a calm peaceful state of mind and body. Everybody is welcome, please bring warm jumpers or a blanket to keep you cosy as we rest on our mats together.
