Join me as we settle in for 2 hours of blissful yin yoga. We’ll start with a little intention setting and move onto some breathwork to really settle in. Next, I’ll guide you through some postures (all seated or lying down) and we’ll hold these for a good few minutes each. Finally I’ll do a guided meditation which will leave you super relaxed, and there will be time for a cuppa afterwards. You’ll leave feeling calm and ready for bed!
