Join me as I guide you through a beautiful flow in honour of the summer solstice - the day of the year with most sunlight. This also happens to be International Yoga Day so a perfect time to practice yoga!

On this day, yogis around the world celebrate Summer Solstice by practicing the Sun Salutations sequence - traditionally repeated 108 times! Don’t worry though, we won't do that many!

We'll do some breathwork, some meditation and flow through some yoga moves that will leave you feeling grounded, energised and calm.

Any solstice is a good point of the year to reflect on where we are, how far we've come and look ahead at what's coming so we'll use this as an opportunity to do just that - as well as show ourselves some gratitude.
