Strong & Steady Class Wednesday. These classes improve fitness, balance, strength, movement, flexibility and quality of life. They reduce the incidence of falls and reduce fear of falling. Classes are fun and friendly and you’ll see the benefits. These classes are based on proven research by Later Life Training and others.

Suitable for older adults or anyone who wants to improve their balance and strength / feels unstable / has a fear of falling / has had a fall / has low bone density (osteoporosis or osteopenia). Full assessment and monitoring is carried out. Your instructor Fionnuala, is a qualified Postural Stability Instructor (Later Life Trainig) and has been running these classes with great successes in various locations since 2015
