You will be relaxing into a session with breath work, soothing yoga flows and finishing with guided relaxation. Sarah’s intention is for you all to leave the practice feeling renewed and balanced. Cultivating feelings of spaciousness and calm to the mind, body & breath. Ready to move into the rest of your day focused and centred. Consistent practice will support improved mood, mobility, flexibility, strength, aiding better sleep and inner calm. This practice is open to all levels of abilities including beginners. Modifications are always offered. Sarah classes are offered in a non intimidating, light hearted way to help you feel at ease.
