This 4 week Yoga course is open to everyone.


In this course you will learn Yoga asanas (postures) that can help with concentration, build strength and flexibility.

You will also learn some breath work (pranayama), that can help with focus, relaxation, sleeping and stilling the mind.


By the end of the four weeks you will have your own yoga toolbox to use and practice wherever you are.
