This 4 week Yoga course is great for anyone with or without any Yoga experience.

In this course we will practice Yoga asanas (postures) that can help with concentration, build strength and flexibility.

You will also practice some breathing techniques (pranayama), that can help focus, relaxation, sleeping and stilling the mind.

By the end of the four weeks you will have your own yoga toolbox to use and practice wherever you are.
