Join Catriona and Claire at Pheasant Lane, nestled between the villages of Clonmellon and Killallon, Meath, Ireland, a charming period farmhouse, complete with a hot tub, outdoor bath and relaxing sauna to help you soak away those stresses that you are holding. We have chosen the place ensuring that it is an exceptional place to unwind, slow down, connect with yourself and indulge some quality time for you.


What is included in the weekend retreat:

  • Yoga classes - 1 hour class, morning and evening combined with mediation where Catriona will help you develop a deeper understanding of your mind and body. With Catriona's guidance you will learn to develop a mindfulness practice that promotes greater self awareness, helps reduce stress and cultivate a deeper sense of peace. Discover a new level of relaxation, rejuvenation and well-being.
  • IFS Therapy - Opportunities to connect with your inner world, understanding and bringing into awareness parts of you that hold fear and as a result limit your opportunities in the world, parts of you that struggle to take space, be heard, feel lost, overwhelmed, overworked. These healing practices will shine a light on these aspects of yourself, help you to find the women you really are. as opposed to the women you have felt you've had to be.
  • Two nights accommodation at Pheasant Lane in luxurious beds with soft linens.
  • Healthy meals and snacks provided throughout the retreat.
  • Unlimited access to outdoor facilities including hot tub, bath and sauna (around programme schedule)
