As a yoga teacher and trainer with over 30 decades of practice alongside running my own businesses I am here for you. I have been in your shoes. I know how lonely it can be when you are the one responsible for every decision. I know where the pot holes are, I've driven into them again and again!
I can be a sounding board, a mirror for you to see your own potential and direction. I am also a mentor and can guide you using the light of my own experience. I bring to the table all the lessons learned over all the years as owner of The Physical Therapies Clinic, award winning Ard Nahoo Eco Retreat and Yoga Bubble. In my current remaining business, Ard Nahoo Yoga School. I share the wisdom of yoga philosophy, spirituality, anatomy, biomechanics, asana, subtle practices and teaching skills. I bring all of this with me as an offering to help you grow and thrive in your business, as a teacher and practitioner.
