5 sessions through which you will become more connected to your own monthly cycle and encouraged to implement what you learn in your daily life. Weekly small group session in a safe space where you are encouraged to show up exactly as you are. Each session will begin with a grounding practice and a cycle check-in before moving onto the learning material and closing with guided meditation practice. A follow up session to check in will be offered approx one month later.
