This yoga class is suitable for beginners and those with experience. I always give options for everyone as we go because I understand we have different abilities, experiences and bodies! My main focus on my yoga classes is awareness! Awareness of your body, your mind and your breath and also connection between the above mentioned. Being aware and present is not as easy as we think first but it is so important in order to live a fulfilled life! Flexibility, strength, better balance and so on will follow naturally. But it doesn’t come free! You need to invest! Invest your time and be consistent and money in order to feel happier and healthier in your own skin no matter what life throws at you.
