Have you ever heard of the chakra system? Chakra is a Sanskrit word that translates to wheel or disk. They are energetic centres in the body.

In this program you will learn more about each chakra and find practical ways to care and nourish for them.

Here is what you will get in this course:

  • Online Yoga classes every week themed around the chakras with time to connect with each other with an open chat so you can really support each other as a group on this journey. You will have the chance to connect with like minded people in a small group and be seen and heard.
  • A book full of information about the chakras and what they are plus affirmations and journaling prompts that you can use for each chakra. The focus will be on one chakra per week so this booklet is to compliment the yoga practice.
  • Access to the recording of the yoga class for the week in case you miss it or in case you would like to repeat through out the week.
  • A deeper insight into how you can use yoga and mindfulness to relax and improve your health and wellness.
  • A catch up, Q&A, Oracle Card and group Journaling session for the last workshop together.
  • A workbook for noting down anything that comes up.

Who is this program for?

This course is suitable for beginners. It will meet you where you are. You do not need to be flexible or have a knowledge of the chakras to do this program. You just have to show up and take this journey. We will be working in small groups to allow for connection.

Why is this course different?

This isn't just a yoga course (as amazing as a yoga course can be!), this has practices you can take off the mat each week to offer further chakra healing. As well as offering a chance to connect with other like minded individuals, chat and be seen without judgement in a safe space just for you. Connection with others is as big a healing tool as anything else, and something some of us have been deprived of through different 'lockdown' stages. This course will give you tools that you can begin to cultivate into your daily life to offer you balance through out the year.

The pdf document with all chakra information, affirmations and journaling prompts will be yours to keep forever so you can come back to it anytime.

How long is the course?

This course will run for 8 weeks. We will have 8 sessions on zoom of an hour and a quarter long (75 minutes). The workbook is to do in your own time and can be anything from 5 minutes each day or 30 minutes, depending on what you can dedicate to this healing journey.

This course is all online via zoom so that you can practice from the comfort of your own home!
