A workshop that will focus on connecting you with your inner power, your intuition. We will do this through some gentle yoga to start, followed by breath work, oracle cards and journaling. We will have the chance to connect with others in the workshop and practice using our intuition in this safe space.
Your intuition is an incredible tool. Intuition is a connection to the subconscious mind. It is how the subconscious mind communicates with the conscious mind. This is why it’s such an amazing source of creative power, wisdom, and understanding.
Journaling has a number of benefits including reduced stress, improved overall wellness, helps to regulate emotions and enhances personal empowerment. Journaling together has all these benefits as well as adding a sense of community and togetherness. It is a safe space to heard and seen and come together to support one another.
