Welcome, this is the 'drop in' option for if you don't want to commit to all 4 classes in the series. This pass is valid for the 8th, 15th, 22nd or 29th of November only.


Following on from last months 'Yoga for Absolute Beginners', this month is 'Yoga for Beginners', a level 1 yoga class suitable for all bodies. As it's beginners, we take each pose individually and work on the foundations of yoga. Your practice is YOURS. Yoga isn't a workout, it's a work-in.


We will work on flexibility, strengthening, balance while working on deepening our breath and releasing tension. We practice in the Mountmellick Gymnastics Center, every Monday @ 7pm. This months classes run on the 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th of November. Space is limited to adhere to goverment restrictions, book early to avoid disappointment .
