Beginner Mat Pilates classIf you are new to Pilates, returning after a long break or looking for gentle movement to ease yourself back after an illness or injury, this is the class for you!
Reformer Pilates is an effective whole body training that helps you to move better and feel better!On the Reformer, we use springs both as a resistance to increase/decrease the challenge and as a stabilizer for a little extra support.
This class will suit anyone with reasonable fitness levels, those who have been practicing Pilates for a while, those that have completed the 4 weeks
